All exhibitors, concessionaires (other than Carnival), and other individuals who conduct sales, demonstrations, giveaways, advertising, literature distribution, broadcasting, or solicitation, shall be limited to a booth, tent, or area assigned by the Carroll County Fair Board.

Ground rent for spaces, etc. will be established by the Superintendent of Concessions and a copy will be made in triplicate (one for leaser (Fair Board), one for leasee (concessionaire), and one to remain in the fair file), signed by the leasee and at least 30 percent payment will be paid at signing of agreement.

Price of space does not include admission into the fair.

You must purchase a seaon pass ($15.00) or daily passes ($5.00) for each individual manning your space. 

Balance to be paid before July 1 of the current fair year.

To guarantee space, all leases should be signed and executed prior to June 15.  A certificate of insurance (liability) is required from all concessionaires and product insurance from all food concessions.

Cost of space will be determined as to the location on the fairgrounds, and all tents must be rented from the Carroll County Fair Association.  ONLY ONE DISPLAY WILL BE ALLOWED PER SPACE OR TENT.  Daily space is also available in the commercial building for a fee of $25.00 (10 X10 space) when available.  It is requested, if possible, for all exhibits to be set up the evening before opening day of the fair and to stay for the week. The Carroll County Fair always opens on the Tuesday of the first full week of August following the first Sunday in August.  It  runs through the following Saturday evening.  It is requested that all displays remain until 9:30pm Saturday night.  If arrival time is not prior to the evening before opening, please advise Superintendent or assistants of the time of arrival.
